New employees at CFTS may be subject to a probationary period at the beginning of their employment. The purpose of this period is to allow both the employee and the company to assess whether the role and working relationship are suitable.

During the probationary period, the employee’s performance, reliability, conduct, and ability to carry out assigned responsibilities will be reviewed.

Management may provide guidance, feedback, or additional instruction during this time to support the employee in successfully integrating into their role.

Successful completion of the probationary period indicates that the employee has met the expected standards for the position; however, it does not alter the ongoing requirement to maintain professional performance and conduct in accordance with company policies.
